The Mobile Leasing Agent role is dedicated to finding prospects and helping them choose to lease. This includes nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process: from initial phone call to scheduling property tours, to completing the lease/application paperwork. This role goes beyond simply showcasing apartments; it's about understanding each prospect’s needs by frequently following up via phone, text, email, and social media. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, excels at collaboration with other teammates, is friendly and cheerful, and loves making a difference in people’s lives. Previous experience is not required; if you are a motivated individual, we are excited to train.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting & travel up to 30% of the time
• Personal Smart Phone technology required
• OneSite experience is a plus
• LIHTC experience is a plus
