Housing Assistance of Cape Cod is seeking a Program Representative to support participants in stable housing. You will verify incomes, calculate rents, manage certifications, and assist tenants and landlords to keep Leased Housing programs thriving.

The role requires meticulous organization, clear communication, and a compassionate approach to clients while ensuring compliance with HUD guidelines and HAC policies.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication while handling confidential information.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain a friendly, compassionate demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Verify incomes and calculate rents for Leased Housing participants.
• Manage certifications and support tenants and landlords to keep HAC programs compliant.
• Handle recertifications, status changes, income adjustments, payments, and eligibility per HUD standards.
• Maintain accurate records and report data per HUD and HAC requirements.
• Collaborate with inspectors and partners to coordinate inspections and resolve violations.
