Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in affordable housing or leasing.
• COS and/or TCS certification preferred.
• Familiarity with HUD, LIHTC regulations required.
• Proficiency in property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support leasing and occupancy efforts across properties.
• Conduct income certifications in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate applicant and resident documentation.
• Assist with on-site leasing and marketing functions.
