Housing Assistance Corporation (HAC) seeks a Program Representative to help ensure participants stay in stable housing in Cape Cod. You’ll verify incomes, calculate rents, and support tenants and landlords while maintaining program compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Services, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with familiarity with Microsoft Office and client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Verify incomes, calculate rents, and manage certifications for Leased Housing programs.
• Guide participants through procedures to maintain housing program participation.
• Handle recertifications, changes in family status, income adjustments, tenant payments, and eligibility per HUD guidelines.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Services, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

Strong written and verbal communication

Detail-oriented with Microsoft Office familiarity
