Qualificações

• Passionate about delivering an unparalleled customer experience and developing customer service skills.
• Extensive customer service and a minimum of 1 year leasing experience with new construction/lease-ups.
• Must be consistently detail oriented.
• Ability to recognize personal shortcomings and improve.
• Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn property software (Entrata) and Microsoft Office.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.

Responsabilidades

• Execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy goals for a new lease-up community.
• Assist with community marketing efforts to drive traffic of prospective residents.
• Respond to leads via phone, email, and internet to schedule tours and increase conversions.
• Conduct tours, assess needs, and tailor leasing approaches to close more leases.
• Stay informed on local market trends and competitors to remain a knowledgeable resource.
• Maintain resident files and lease paperwork through Entrata and ensure compliance.
• Guide new residents through the full leasing/move-in process, including rent/deposit collection.
