The Garrett Companies is seeking a driven Leasing Specialist to engage prospective residents, guide them through the leasing process, and contribute to a thriving new community in Glendale, AZ. You will execute marketing, touring, renewal strategies, and coordinate move-ins while staying informed on market trends and delivering best-in-class customer care.

Compensation includes $20 per hour plus move-in and renewal bonuses; this is a full-time, on-site position based at Agave Ranch in Glendale.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year leasing experience with new construction and lease-ups.
• Passionate about delivering a superior customer experience.
• Able to respond to inquiries and close leases using proven sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy goals for a new lease-up community.
• Assist with community marketing efforts to drive traffic of prospective residents.
• Respond to phone, email, and internet leads to schedule tours and increase conversions.
• Conduct tours, assess prospects' needs, and tailor leasing approach to close leases.
