Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for The Arden in Mesa, AZ. The role focuses on coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction while guiding new residents through the lease process.

You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, screen credit and background, prepare lease packages, and ensure a smooth move-in. The position requires hosting tours, maintaining show units, and contributing to occupancy

• Possess strong customer service to ensure resident satisfaction and renewals.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to drive occupancy and traffic.
