Qualifications

• Passionate about creating an unparalleled customer experience and relentless in developing your customer service skills.
• Extensive customer service and minimum of 1 year leasing experience with new construction and lease-ups.
• Must be consistently detail oriented.
• Ability to learn property software (Entrata) quickly and work with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy goals for a new lease-up community.
• Assist with community marketing efforts to build awareness and drive traffic of prospective residents.
• Respond to phone, email, and internet leads to schedule tours and increase conversions.
• Conduct tours, assess prospects' needs, and tailor the leasing approach to close more leases.
• Stay informed on local market trends, rent levels, amenities, and competitors.
• Demonstrate customer-first philosophy in every interaction with residents and prospects.
• Manage leasing paperwork and data entry through Entrata; maintain complete resident files.
• Guide new residents through the full leasing and move-in process, including lease execution and deposits.
• Proactively initiate renewal efforts 120+ days before lease expiration.
• Promote positive resident relations through responsiveness and service.
• Receive and triage maintenance requests, create work orders, and coordinate resolutions.
• Monitor property appearance and safety, report issues promptly.
