Qualifications

• Greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting tours, processing applications and lease packages.
• Inspecting apartments for move-in readiness and coordinating maintenance items.
• Developing and implementing short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic to the community.
• Follow up with prospects and residents to finalize lease or renewal decisions.
• Use on-site management software to track availability, traffic, leasing activity and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company standards for show quality via daily inspections and coordination with maintenance.
• Prepare lease renewal letters and packages and coordinate with renewing residents before move-out dates.
• Respond promptly to resident or owner questions and convey requests to the appropriate team.
