Greystar is seeking a Leasing / Sales Consultant to drive marketing, leasing, and renewals for our community. You will guide prospective residents through tours, process applications, and collaborate with teams to optimize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

You will use on-site software to track availability, inquiries, and renewals, while delivering high‑quality service in a fast-paced environment. This role supports a dynamic team focused on community engagement and revenue growth.

Formación

• 2+ years in sales, marketing, internet and customer service to resolve issues and process records.
• Able to generate leads, present features, qualify prospects, and close.
• Read, write and communicate effectively; understand legal documents and lease terms.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, qualify, and tour prospects; process applications and screenings.
• Maintain CRM records and track leasing activities.
• Design and execute marketing plans to drive occupancy and renewals.
