Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations across a property. Regular on-site attendance is required, with responsibilities including showings, tours, lead generation, and lease signings.

The role emphasizes achieving leasing goals, maintaining data accuracy, and providing excellent customer service while supporting resident retention initiatives. High school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Conduct tours, generate new leads, and follow up as needed.
• Complete all leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walking units, and turnover processes.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic and achieve leasing goals.
• Provide high level customer service and address resident complaints and requests.
• Support in developing resident retention programs and marketing outreach.
