You will play a key part in maintaining elevated occupancy, coordinating tours, and promoting community events while using marketing tools and social media to drive interest and engagement on the property.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year on-site leasing experience.
• Background in multifamily housing preferred.
• Proven ability to follow up on prospects and process applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy above 95% with a sales-oriented mindset.
• Assist future residents with finding a perfect apartment to call home.
• Provide a positive and genuine experience to all residents.
• Use consultative selling to achieve 100% Community Occupancy.
• Promote community events and manage feedback with the maintenance team.
• Ensure leases are complete and accurate.
