Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a Lease-Up community in Newport Beach, CA. You will oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas clean, safe, and functional.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, managing make-ready tasks, inspecting quality, and supporting budget planning with the Community Manager. Housing discount is available for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and training.
• Experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal if required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist and complete work orders from resident requests for service.
• Oversee and complete the make-ready process for vacant units.
• Develop standards for cleanliness and overall appearance of the community.
• Inspect work performed by staff and contractors for quality.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and order supplies.
• Complete monthly preventative maintenance procedures.
