Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata, Yardi, and/or OneSite).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.
• Hire, train, and manage property staff; supervise leasing and renewals.
• Assist in client/owner relationships and provide performance updates.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and company policies.
• Complete various accounting, financial, and administrative reports.
