Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Hampton, NH seeks an experienced Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community. You will lead a team, manage budget adherence, optimize occupancy, and ensure compliance with housing laws while delivering strong resident service.

You will collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and finance teams to analyze performance, review reports, control expenses, and drive revenue growth for the property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and input property budgets, analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Meet revenue targets by setting rent rates and ensuring timely collections.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and manage petty cash balance.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, and late fees.
