Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Boston is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a multifamily community. You will lead onsite teams, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.

You will drive occupancy and revenue through leasing, rent administration, vendor oversight, and resident satisfaction, while maintaining maintenance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum property management and leasing experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned property.
• Set rent rates, monitor collections, and review financial reports.
• Approve invoices and manage vendor/contractor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other laws.
• Supervise staff, hire, train, and evaluate performance.
• Drive occupancy and revenue through leasing and marketing strategies.
