Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.

• Licenses/certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and maintain tenant satisfaction.

• Control expenditures within the approved budget and oversee maintenance.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, discounts, and renewals.
• Supervise staff, hire, train, and manage performance.
