Greystar in Seattle seeks a Lease Up Community Manager to lead daily property operations, drive occupancy and revenue, and guide a team to deliver outstanding resident service.

You will oversee budgeting, vendor management, and compliance with applicable laws, while building strong owner relationships and reporting performance to stakeholders. Competitive compensation and robust benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage the daily operations of the property to achieve financial and operational goals.
• Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Oversee lease enforcement, including applications, discounts, renewals, and inspections.
• Provide updates to owners and respond to owner requests; manage client/owner relationships.
