Job summary

Arise Financial in Canton, MA is hiring a Loan Servicing Specialist II – Lease to manage the consumer lease portfolio. You will handle complex servicing tasks, billing, payoff processing, and end-of-lease activities while ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years in banking, loan servicing, or related experience; lease/auto loan servicing preferred.
• Solid knowledge of lease servicing processes: billing, fees, payoffs, and end-of-lease activity.
• Experience with loan servicing systems; Encompass a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process consumer lease servicing activities: payments, billing, account updates, payoff and maturity actions.
• Maintain core and servicing system data accuracy and update payment info, fees, and vehicle data.
• Handle lease fees, charges, taxes, registrations, and disposition costs per policy.
• Process payoffs, early terminations, extensions, renewals, and maturity-related tasks.
• Collaborate with dealers, members, and internal teams to resolve servicing issues.
• Review documents for completeness and raise complex issues as needed.
• Oversee vehicle title, registration, insurance, and collateral-related servicing tasks.
• Record lease-end activities and ensure proper documentation.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Respond to inquiries from members, dealers, and internal staff about payments and status.
