Job summary

Arise Financial is seeking a Loan Servicing Manager in Canton, MA. You’ll lead the daily operations of Residential Loan Servicing, ensuring accurate, compliant servicing across mortgage and home equity products and coordinating with internal teams and vendors.

You will oversee escrow, insurance, taxes, loan modifications, and servicing quality control, while developing a high-performing team and ensuring excellent member service in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of education and experience considered.
• 5+ years of residential mortgage loan servicing experience, including 2+ years of management or significant leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of servicing functions including escrow, insurance, property taxes, and loan modifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Residential Loan Servicing operations for multiple loan products.
• Oversee escrow administration and regulatory compliance.
• Coach and develop the Residential Loan Servicing team and ensure timely, accurate processing.
