Arise Financial in Canton, MA is seeking a Loan Servicing Specialist I – Residential to ensure accurate servicing of mortgage and home equity loans. The role involves daily processing, record-keeping, and responsive member support in a collaborative, detail-focused environment.

You will handle routine servicing tasks, review documents, and contribute to escrow activities while growing knowledge of residential loan servicing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in banking, loan servicing, or related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of residential mortgage and loan servicing.
• Experience with Encompass or similar systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Process routine residential loan servicing transactions (payments, maintenance, updates).
• Review loan files for completeness and accuracy; escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with escrow activities and data entry in servicing systems.
• Respond to member inquiries via phone and servicing queues.
• Maintain accurate loan records per policies and regulations.
• Support reports, reconciliations, and quality checks; assist with cross-team inquiries.
