Responsibilities

• Coordinate with dealers, members, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Assist with vehicle title, registration, and collateral servicing.
• Perform general ledger reconciliation related to lease servicing.
• Respond to inquiries from members, dealers, and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
