Job summary

Arise Financial in Canton, MA is seeking a Loan Servicing Manager – Residential to lead our Residential Loan Servicing team. You will oversee escrow, insurance, taxes, loan modifications, and servicing quality while ensuring compliance and accuracy throughout the loan life cycle.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in residential mortgage loan servicing with at least 2 years in management; a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; strong analytical, communication, and regulatory knowledge.
