Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Account Advisor in the United States who will coach customers to optimize lease renewals and collections. You will build relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership and satisfaction.

The role emphasizes service, efficiency, and responsible revenue growth. Responsibilities include updating customer records, contacting non-renewals, and supporting the sales team.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and pass MVR checks.
• Two years of retail/customer service preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases, by phone or in-home visits.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewals to customers.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue/renewal goals.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect products in company vehicles.
