Qualifications

• 1+ year of property management experience, preferably in single-family homes.

• Very organized with a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Use reports and systems to manage lease expirations and renewals communications.
• Review Month-to-Month residents to ensure correct fees.
• Coordinate property inspections with maintenance and field teams.
• Submit price and term negotiations to Revenue Management for approval.
• Verify renter's insurance, utility, city code, and company policy compliance.
• Audit renewals for accuracy and monitor expirations, rents, occupants, uploads, and charges.
• Handle roommate promotions and amend leases as needed.
• Process property transfers with field teams to confirm inspections and eligibility.
• Support resident retention through proactive communication and problem-solving.
• Own the Notice to Vacate process from start to finish, including notices and market analyses.
• Engage residents with notices to vacate to retain them through service.
• Explain renewal timelines, rent increases, market rates, and possible fees.
• Share local market comps to help residents understand home values.
• Collaborate on team projects and stay engaged in-office Monday through Friday.
