Invitation Homes is seeking a Renewal Specialist in the Charlotte, NC area to negotiate and finalize lease renewals while delivering exceptional resident service. You will discuss renewal options, coordinate with asset management guidelines, and drive renewals to meet targets.

The role requires a real estate license and strong leasing knowledge, with a focus on accuracy, communication, and teamwork across the region.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active Real Estate license required.
• Broad residential leasing knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or administrative functions.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe.
• Experience in property management or maintenance industry is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Initiate communication with current residents to discuss lease renewal options.
• Negotiate lease renewals to meet renewal targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service during the renewal process.
• Prepare and process lease documents in a timely manner.
• Support regional staff and collaborate with colleagues.
• Assist with special projects as required.
• Provide administrative support, including data entry and document processing.
• Assist with region-specific renewal activities.
