Job summary

Invitation Homes is seeking a Renewal Specialist to negotiate and finalize lease renewals with current residents in the assigned market. You will deliver exceptional customer service and ensure renewal metrics are met while following asset management guidelines.

The role involves initiating renewal discussions, preparing lease documents, and collaborating with team members to achieve regional targets. A Real Estate license is required, and residential leasing experience is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Real Estate license required for this role.
• Broad residential leasing knowledge expected.
• Experience in customer service or administrative functions preferred.
• Property management or maintenance experience helpful.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Initiate communication with residents to discuss lease renewal options.
• Negotiate lease renewals following asset management guidelines to hit targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service by addressing resident inquiries and concerns.
• Prepare and process lease documents accurately and timely.
• Foster collaboration with colleagues and external parties.
• Provide administrative support including data entry and document processing.
• Assist with special projects as required.
• Support department staff in the assigned region as needed.
