Job summary

Aaron's Sales and Lease Grand Junction is seeking a Customer Account Advisor in a full-time role to support the Customer Accounts Department with lease renewal activity. You will engage directly with customers who have not renewed leases and educate them on the benefits of timely payments.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a valid driver’s license. Duties include updating customer information, performing wheel/tire services when needed, and ensuring safety

Salary Range: $17.00 To $18.00 Hourly

Basic Function

Assisting the Customer Accounts Department in lease agreement renewal

Reporting

Reports directly to the General Manager (or Customer Accounts Manager with GM direction)

Primary Responsibilities

• The Acquisition and Maintenance of Customers
• Direct immediate contact with customers who have not renewed their Lease agreement(s)
• Act as a customer counselor who resells the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments
• Document all customer promises and update customer information in the store computer system
• Perform wheel and tire installations, balance wheels, check for correct fit, rotate tires and repair damaged tires in accordance with proper procedures and as directed by the General Manger
• Other tasks as assigned by management
• Safely operates company vehicle and equipment
• Maintain updated customer information

Licensure and Background requirements

Satisfactory MVR (driving record), D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require it, drug screen, criminal background investigation with job performance reference check and required testing, a valid Driver’s License and compliance with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy
