Job summary

Aaron's in Honesdale, PA seeks a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive lease renewals and payments, and maintain accurate account information. You will build relationships with customers by phone and face-to-face to move them toward ownership.

The role requires strong communication, high energy, and multitasking in a fast-paced store environment. You will support store operations and merchandise duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Attain and maintain accurate customer account information in the store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed leases, by phone or in-home visits.
• Promote timely lease renewal payments and benefits to customers.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Maintain and process weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
