Job summary

CBL Properties in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Lease Maintenance Analyst I to join our Corporate Office. You will oversee tenant onboarding, perform billing activities, and provide analytics related to tenant billings and lease setup across a portfolio of malls.

Responsibilities include onboarding new tenants, auditing lease setups, running tenant billings, renewing lease certificates, and supporting Yardi Property Management system tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting plus 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Five years of commercial real estate billing experience may substitute for a degree.
• Ability to read and analyze leases, contracts, and operating instructions.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills for billing impact.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Yardi and CRM knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new tenants including portal support.
• Audit new/renewal lease and license setups.
• Run and distribute tenant billings, including recurring and one-time charges.
• Conduct lease certificate renewal reviews.
• Assist in maintaining Yardi and billing policies.
