Qualifications

• 5 years of related CRE billing experience preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new tenants and provide portal support.
• Audit new/renewal lease and license setups.
• Run and distribute tenant billings including recurring and one-time charges.
• Conduct lease certificate renewal reviews.
• Assist in maintaining Yardi and billing policies/procedures.
