Job summary

Simon in Indianapolis seeks a Lease Analyst to manage workload for specialty lease administration, validate reports, and assist field staff with tenant ledgers and billings.

You will work with the Lease Accounting Supervisor to review Yardi ToDo tasks, analyze early lease terminations, and process manual billings and rent suspensions, requiring strong numerical and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize are essential.

Qualifications

• Aptitude for understanding financial reports and extracting information.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, coordinate, multi-task, as well as demonstrative initiative.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable knowledge preferred but not required (basic math skills, account reconciliation skills).
• Various computer software such as Microsoft 365 and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Validate the daily Integration Report and escalate variances.
• Research failed overnight Yardi integrations; maintain Activation Tracker.
• Complete Yardi ToDo tasks for rent calculations and miscellaneous billings.
• Analyze termination of specialty leases and partial-month rent.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
