Job summary

Candidates should have a two-year degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience, with strong communication and analytical skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required; knowledge of Yardi or CRM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, or equivalent.
• At least two years in AR/collections or related field.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and analyze leases, contracts and operating procedures.
• Excellent communication with retailers.
• Detail oriented, team player, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Yardi and CRM knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process payments received from CBL retailers.
• Troubleshoot tenant AR issues.
• Prepare correspondence, spreadsheets and reports related to tenant disputes.
• Support Lease Operations and Lease Maintenance.
• Contribute to short-term projects and collaborate across teams.
• Work cooperatively in a collaborative environment.
