Turnberry seeks an experienced Sr. Lease Administrator to support its retail real estate portfolio, focusing on lease administration, lease accounting, tenant billing, and data integrity in Yardi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate or related field; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Abstract, interpret, input, and maintain lease data for shopping centers and other properties.
• Maintain lease records in Yardi with critical dates and obligations.
• Validate billing and recoveries; support AR and tenant ledger activities.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Leasing, Legal, Operations, Asset Management and tenants to ensure accurate lease administration.
• Prepare lease reports, rent rolls and other recurring lease administration outputs.
• Support CAM, real estate tax, insurance, utilities, and other recovery billing processes.
