• Advise on landlord disputes resolution and liaise with lessors.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors for SEC & SOX requirements.
• Review auditor responses on estoppels, waivers, CERs, and co-tenancy claims.
• Maintain lease information systems and influence new requirements.
