The role requires 5+ years in commercial real estate lease administration, strong MS Office skills, and experience with Lucernex. You will support accuracy, compliance, and dispute resolution across landlord agreements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related accounting.
• Experience interpreting lease documents and reconciling operating cost components.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret lease and property documents.
• Collect required landlord documentation for audits of operating expenses, CAM, taxes, and insurance.
• Audit landlord invoices for lease compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare audit work papers and clear audit results.
• Enter payments accurately and report discrepancies in Lucernex.
• Recover overcharges and negotiate timely resolutions with landlords.
• Maintain relationships with landlords and gather supporting documentation.
