Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking a Property/Lease Auditor to accurately enforce lease provisions across assigned regions, review CAM reconciliations, real estate taxes, and insurance, and assist the Property Manager with special projects. Some travel may be required.

You will support audits, tie out balances, and help implement lease software enhancements while maintaining strong relationships with landlords. This role can be performed remotely anywhere in the United States.

Qualifications

• Understands lease terminology and can discuss issues with landlords' agents.
• Experience with property accounting is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Review landlord co-tenancy reports and prepare claim letters.
• Analyze CAM, Real Estate Tax, and Insurance reconciliations and perform desktop audits.
• Maintain knowledge of lease provisions and negotiate with landlords to resolve conflicts.
• Reconcile landlord receivable balances and audit overcharges.
• Support development of PD Sitelink lease admin software and lead UAT.
• Serve as primary contact between Ross and landlords on CAM, taxes, and insurance.
