A Needham, MA-based commercial real estate firm is seeking a detail-driven Lease Administrator who will own lease information and become the go-to expert on leases. In this role you will abstract leases in Yardi, track rent commencements, options, renewals, and expirations; monitor compliance; and support rent collection, CAM reconciliations, and due diligence for refinancings and acquisitions.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in lease administration, hands-on Yardi experience, and strong Excel

• 2–3 years of commercial real estate lease administration experience.
• Hands-on Yardi experience.
• Strong knowledge of retail lease structures, amendments, and key provisions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Proficiency in Excel and document management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Abstract retail/commercial leases into Yardi with high accuracy.
• Track rent commencements, options, renewals, expirations and termination rights.
• Monitor COIs, use clauses, reporting; prepare tenant notices.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Property Management to bill rent, CAM, and escalations.
• Support rent collection, delinquency tracking, and CAM reconciliations.
• Produce rent rolls, expiration reports, and lease summaries; assist due diligence.
