Daley And Associates, LLC is seeking a detail-driven Lease Administrator for a Needham, MA based commercial real estate firm. You will be the go-to expert for lease information and ensure accurate data entry in Yardi.

You will track critical dates, monitor tenant compliance, and coordinate with Accounting and Property Management to ensure accurate rent, CAM, and escalations. A 2-3 year track record in lease administration is required.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of commercial real estate lease administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of retail lease structures, amendments, and key provisions.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization, with the ability to manage a high-volume portfolio.
• Proficiency in Excel and document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Abstract new and amended retail/commercial leases into Yardi with a high level of accuracy.
• Track critical dates: rent commencements, options, renewals, expirations, and termination rights.
• Monitor tenant compliance (COIs, use clauses, reporting) and prepare tenant notices.
• Partner with Accounting and Property Management to ensure rent, percentage rent, CAM, and escalations are billed correctly.
• Support rent collection, delinquency tracking, and CAM reconciliations.
• Produce rent rolls, expiration reports, and lease summaries; support due diligence for refinancings, acquisitions, and audits.
