Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Lease Administration Manager to lead the team delivering contracted lease administration services in Detroit. You will oversee portfolio administration, daily operations, and relationships with internal and external clients.

Lead, coach, and mentor staff; coordinate daily activities; ensure timely, accurate client reporting and service delivery. Drive process improvements and maintain CBRE standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent mix of experience and education.
• Experience leading and developing teams, setting goals and coaching.
• Ability to convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Strong leadership to improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and other Office tools.
• Highly organized with an inquisitive, analytical mindset.
• Advanced math skills for calculating percentages and figures.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision; monitor training and conduct performance evaluations.
• Coordinate daily team activities; set schedules and mentor staff.
• Produce timely, accurate client reports; manage client relationships.
• Implement process improvement initiatives and share best practices.
• Lead audit and implementation teams; prepare client correspondence on findings.
• Review portfolios for risk, accuracy and value; communicate status to clients.
• Participate in RFPs; meet with clients to review services and updates.
• Model CBRE RISE values; influence stakeholders to reach agreements.
• Identify and resolve day-to-day issues within systems and processes.
