Job summary

Colliers International is seeking a Manager, Lease Administration to lead a team responsible for large commercial accounts, overseeing lease abstraction, QA, and reporting. You will mentor Lease Analysts, coordinate with clients, brokers and landlords, and implement process improvements to ensure accurate lease data.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in commercial real estate lease administration, experience with CoStar, Yardi or similar databases, and strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, real estate, or similar field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate lease administration or related fields.
• Experience with portfolio management databases and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead a lease administration team on large accounts.
• Mentor Lease Analysts on key lease administration duties.
• Communicate with clients, brokers, landlords and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee abstraction, translation and quality control processes.
• Create, edit and run reports in lease databases and dashboards.
• Ensure accurate and timely lease data and client governance.
