Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Lease Administration Manager in Memphis to lead the delivery of contracted lease administration services. You will supervise the team, manage daily operations, and cultivate relationships with internal and external clients to ensure accurate reporting and service excellence.

Responsibilities include coordinating work schedules, training, and performance evaluations while driving process improvements and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring and rewarding performance and retention.
• Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive information, convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team and impact quality, efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees and monitor staff training and development.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities; set schedules, assign tasks and cross-train staff.
• Produce timely, accurate client reports and serve as the client relationship contact.
• Implement process improvements and share best practices with the team.
• Lead audit and implementation efforts; prepare client correspondence on audit findings.
• Review portfolios to identify risk, audit accuracy and value; communicate status to clients.
