Qualifications

• Ability to compile, organize and present information clearly and concisely
• Experience in content design: storyboarding eLearning content, job aids, and analysis
• Advanced knowledge of change management principles and practices
• Expert knowledge of PC and web/internet based technologies (HTML, editing/authoring tools)

Responsibilities

• Ensure project deliverables are met within timelines and budget
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders for alignment
• Lead research and preparation of reference material
• Provide training to end users on electronic manuals and reference material
• Review intranet content for consistency and branding
• Mentor less experienced staff and manage client expectations
