• Manage training projects including planning, tracking and delivery.
• Build and maintain learning paths for staff and field positions.
• Develop networked learning solutions to support strategic initiatives and growth.
• Measure training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and SMEs to design content.
