Job summary

Aquent Talent is seeking a structured, detail-oriented Program/Operations leader to drive learning initiatives across internal teams. You will coordinate instructor-led, virtual and eLearning programs, partner with technical SMEs, and focus on scalable, accessible training experiences that accelerate skills and organizational capability.

You will work with a dynamic team and leverage tools like MIRO, Airtable, and Adobe Creative Suite to deliver impactful learning resources and content updates,

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Program Management or Operations/logistics in a learning environment.
• Associate’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent education, experience, and training.
• Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize and deliver outcomes.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities quickly.
• Excellent attention to detail; highly organized and analytical.
• Strong creative problem-solving and critical thinking with action-oriented results.
• Proficiency with MIRO and Airtable, whiteboarding and database tools; strong MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute learning programs, content development, and learner experiences.
• Manage processes, standards, and efficiencies to improve program delivery and scalability.
• Enhance accessibility, awareness, and adoption of technical training resources.
• Leverage data and feedback for continuous improvement of learning experiences.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and improve learning aligned to priorities.
• Coordinate and launch instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and immersive training programs.
• Ensure engaging, accessible learning experiences that drive skill development and business impact.
