Job summary

McKinstry in Seattle, WA seeks a Senior Functional Training Program Manager to develop and implement comprehensive training programs that build core project management, contract, risk, and operations capabilities across the Construction Division.

You will lead workforce development initiatives, design learning strategies, and coordinate with SMEs to deliver practical, scalable training that drives consistent project execution and improved performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading training, learning, workforce development, or instructional design programs.
• Proven track record designing and launching scalable learning programs from concept through implementation.
• Experience partnering with Subject Matter Experts and leaders to translate needs into learning solutions.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve training programs across the Construction Division.
• Lead initiatives with stakeholders to assess needs, benchmark, and create strategic roadmaps.
• Coach and coordinate with Senior Instructional Designer and Content SMEs to build content.
