Job summary

Trinidad State College seeks a Learning Systems Coordinator to help faculty and students use digital tools and hardware to improve learning. This role bridges IT and educators through training, troubleshooting, and evaluating classroom technologies for courses, self-paced modules, and media components.

Qualifications

• Must have teaching/training delivery experience and strong communication skills.
• Experience supporting faculty with varying levels of technical proficiency.
• Ability to translate complex tech into practical training for faculty and students.
• Knowledge of learning management systems and instructional technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as campus resource for D2L Brightspace and student learning programs.
• Design and deliver training on learning technologies for faculty and students.
• Provide troubleshooting and classroom tech support on demand.
• Support accessibility compliance and student success technologies.
• Collaborate with Academic Affairs, IT, and student services on initiatives.
