Job summary

Central Community College in Columbus seeks an Instructional Technology Specialist to support educators and staff in the effective use of instructional technologies. You will assist with LMS, create training materials, and collaborate with campuses to ensure accessible, reliable digital learning.

The role emphasizes technical training, troubleshooting, and documenting processes while supporting accessibility and Universal Design across online courses.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree preferred.
• 2-3 years of related experience required.
• Experience with LMS (Canvas) and related technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide LMS technical support for courses and program materials.
• Deliver technical onboarding sessions in person or via webinars.
• Develop and distribute LMS guides and training materials.
• Serve as Tier 2 Help Desk support for instructional technologies.
• Troubleshoot system issues and document resolutions.
• Maintain knowledge base materials and documentation.
