Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Learning Consultant to design, develop, and deliver diverse learning programs for all employees. You will manage content, administer the LMS, and coordinate programs under the Director of Learning & Development.

The role requires strong communication, 3–5 years in LMS support, and experience delivering soft-skills training across multiple formats. Travel up to ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
• 3–5 years designing and delivering soft skills employee development courses.
• 3–5 years LMS support or related experience.
• 2–4 years navigating technical systems with data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver learning programs in instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and blended formats.
• Manage content for assigned areas and oversee LMS content library.
• Support program coordination, scheduling, and monitoring across areas.
• Analyze data on programs implemented and supported by this role.
