Job summary

Accenture's Learning Technology practice seeks a manager-level consultant to lead LMS and learning technology workstreams, diagnose client challenges, and define practical strategies. You will develop junior talent, engage senior stakeholders, and coordinate globally distributed implementation teams to deliver impactful learning ecosystems.

You will guide vendor selections, shape go-live plans, and contribute to evolving learning technology roadmaps in a fast-paced professional services

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in learning technology consulting or implementation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; if Associate's Degree, 6+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with client account teams to diagnose business challenges, define requirements, and translate them into actionable learning technology strategies.
• Lead LMS and learning technology selection engagements, guiding clients through structured evaluation and decision processes.
• Advise clients on learning process best practices in the context of modern LMS and LXP platforms.
• Collaborate with practice leadership to develop and grow the LMS project pipeline.
• Craft proposals, solution configurations, and effort estimates for LMS, LXP, and broader learning tech engagements.
• Review and validate LMS solution designs, providing authoritative guidance on complex configuration and integration challenges.
• Build deep expertise in at least one learning technology domain—LMS, LXP, learning analytics, AI-enabled learning, or emerging skills platforms.
• Lead / coordinate large Learn Tech / LMS / LXP implementations working closely with globally distributed implementation teams
